t Malesextoy.com.au, your satisfaction matters. Every product is carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse, but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

Quality & Defects

  • If your toy arrives damaged or faulty (not caused by misuse), take clear photos and contact us within 14 days at support@malesextoy.com.au.
  • Please do not use the item if you find a defect — once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

  • Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days — no questions asked.
  • For hygiene reasons, once the packaging seal is broken, we cannot accept returns unless the item is proven defective on arrival.

Damages & Warranty

  • We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Please check your order before first use.
  • Damage from improper handling or misuse isn’t covered.

Order Cancellations

  • Processing begins within 12 hours of purchase, so double-check before placing your order.
    • Cancel within 12 hours → 5% transaction fee (bank/PayPal).
    • Cancel within 12–24 hours → 20% cancellation fee.
    • Once shipped → no cancellations.
  • To cancel, email us at support@malesextoy.com.au within the time window.

Undeliverable Orders

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • If your parcel is returned undeliverable, a 50% processing fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
